EnTrusted Financial Advisors is retained by the employer (plan sponsor) and not a financial service provider, as such, employees receive unbiased and independent investment guidance that is free of related ERISA fiduciary issues.

Our firm assists in building a sense of partnership with employees.  A lack of employee financial understanding may lead to workplace stress, a decline in productivity, and a less than full return on retirement plan value.

These benefits would not be possible if it were not for our attractive pricing.  Given the small amounts of invested assets held by most employees, it is unlikely that they would be able to attract high-quality investment advice (due to low asset balances) or be willing to pay for such advice on an hourly basis.  However, our service offers employers a unique opportunity to leverage the value of their pension plan by delivering an on-site employee benefit of unbiased professional retirement planning at an affordable price for all active workers.
